Three ways to become a productive ninja with Maisuma

The idea is to get more things done. Ideally, when you remember something to do, you do it immediately; but this is not always practical. I have noticed that I remember things that I need to do when I am in the middle of doing something else. In such cases, you add a reminder to Maisuma so you will remember to complete it another time.

Build a habit
Remember to open your “reminder” app to check your tasks multiple times daily. This is the one thing you must remember to do without a reminder. We suggest using Maisuma, but this works with any reminder app. If you get into the habit of looking at it, you will start to add more to it and complete more things.
Don't spend too much time

The right tool is essential to get the most done. If the app you are using is consuming more time or you are spending considerable time/effort managing your reminders, that leaves less time for you to get things done. Find the right tool (ehm! Maisuma) that organises and tracks things for you. Remember, it is always better to clean the garage than to plan to clean the garage (at some point)!
